Hi Oak Creek neighbors,
Just wanted to take a minute to update you on a few items. We know it’s fall time and the pool probably isn’t getting a lot of traffic but did want to make you aware that back in the Spring, the Board voted and approved the installation of gate beepers. I am happy to report that after the parts being on back order, they have now been installed. If you are entering the pool, be sure to close the gate completely to avoid the beepers from sounding.
In addition, effective October 1st, we moved to our winter service which means the pool vendor services are reduced as well as the porter services. If you see something that needs attention, please contact CMA at 512-339-6962 or [email protected] to make a report.

CMA and the Board has received some inquiries/concerns regarding a couple of items that we feel would be of interest to you all:

911 phone – there was a question raised as to why there was not a 911 phone? There has always been a 911 phone on site since the pool was built, it was originally inside the fence until the law changed several years ago and the phone was moved to the breezeway at the entrance of the clubhouse. With the guidance of State law and the Associations attorney, the Board is due diligent in ensuring the Association is in compliance.

Pool Cleaning – there have been a couple of emails with concerns of the condition of the pool. The Pool vendor maintains the pool 3 x a week. As many of you know, the pool will become murky after heavy usage which normally occurs late Saturday into Sunday. The vendor has been made aware of the complaints and is taking the appropriate action to ensure you are swimming in a clean pool.

Updated Pool Hours

In order to accommodate residents that would like to exercise and swim laps, we will now open the pool at 6 AM.

New Pool Hours are 6 AM - 10 PM.

The Board has decided to push the July meeting to August since we just had the previous meeting a few weeks ago. This meeting will have an option to attend via Zoom.

The August meeting will be on the 26th starting at 7 PM.

Spring Clean-Up this Saturday

City of Round Rock Spring Clean-Up is this coming Saturday, July 11th. Do away with old furniture or other bulk items without the hassle and expense of hauling it off. It’s easy and it’s free. Simply place acceptable bulk items neatly at the curb, by 7 a.m. on your scheduled Spring Clean Up Collection Day. Please store your items until Friday inside your home and place them out Friday night. For more information:

Moving Forward in Opening the Pool

During our Board Meeting tonight we adopted an amendment to the Rules for the Association as well as a resolution adopting temporary health and safety protocols on use of common area amenities. Residents can find copies of these documents under the HOA DOCUMENTS section of this website. There you will also find the waiver release form and new pool rules.

*** The Board is working diligently to open the pool soon contingent on the Governor's Orders and legal requirements of the CDC. This is one of the formalities that we have to undertake to forego the requirements so that we may reopen our neighborhood pool***.
