CMA and the Board has received some inquiries/concerns regarding a couple of items that we feel would be of interest to you all:
911 phone – there was a question raised as to why there was not a 911 phone? There has always been a 911 phone on site since the pool was built, it was originally inside the fence until the law changed several years ago and the phone was moved to the breezeway at the entrance of the clubhouse. With the guidance of State law and the Associations attorney, the Board is due diligent in ensuring the Association is in compliance.
Pool Cleaning – there have been a couple of emails with concerns of the condition of the pool. The Pool vendor maintains the pool 3 x a week. As many of you know, the pool will become murky after heavy usage which normally occurs late Saturday into Sunday. The vendor has been made aware of the complaints and is taking the appropriate action to ensure you are swimming in a clean pool.
