Hi Oak Creek neighbors,
Just wanted to take a minute to update you on a few items. We know it’s fall time and the pool probably isn’t getting a lot of traffic but did want to make you aware that back in the Spring, the Board voted and approved the installation of gate beepers. I am happy to report that after the parts being on back order, they have now been installed. If you are entering the pool, be sure to close the gate completely to avoid the beepers from sounding.
In addition, effective October 1st, we moved to our winter service which means the pool vendor services are reduced as well as the porter services. If you see something that needs attention, please contact CMA at 512-339-6962 or frontdesk@cmaaustin.com to make a report.
