Miguel Garcia, the community liaison for the Oaklands HOA, has reached out about the recent sale of the Sauls Ranch. The Oaklands have 10 properties that back up to the Sauls Ranch as our HOA has 52 properties. The Oaklands residents are wanting to combine efforts to negotiate with the City, County, and Development Company.
