CMA will then be able to add your pool key info into list to be activated the day the pool opens.
3.     New Pool Rules and Pool Hours. Pool Rules are being created by Connie at Niemann & Heyer LLP. Rules will be presented to Board for any changes and then approval at a Board Meeting giving homeowners 72 hour notice of meeting. Completion date goal is for next week.

CMA will then be able to add your pool key info into the list to be activated the day the pool opens. CMA will then mail you a waiver card that must be in your possession every time while at the pool.
8.     Due to cost and
having to decrease pool hours, there will not be a monitor at the pool. Occupancy limiting and social distancing will be solely the responsibility of the home owner.
